The seven steps to a great design…

1. Consult

   This is a free consultation to discuss your business and your design needs. We try to get a feel for what’s right for your company and make sure we’re the best fit.

2. Research

   We’ll do some research into the best options for your business, as well as what your competitors are doing and specifics of your field.

3. Contract

   We have a set way of working with clients, with a set schedule of payment (25%-50% upfront and broken up into 3 or more payments). We’ll try our best to come up with a solution that will meet your budget, and which serves to protect both our ass-ets.

4. Design

   This is where the real work starts, and you can expect to see continuous updates to your custom design. We’ll discuss the ongoing design work via email to make sure we’re all on the same page.

5. Implement

   The coding is the most hands-free part of the process for our clients. Yes we’ll have our noses buried in HTML, CSS and PHP (and whatever else is needed) but you’ll be able to see the process as it happens, thanks to the clients-only section of our website.

6. Launch

   Testing, testing and more testing! Then it’s LIVE! We do our best to support the major web browsers and computer screens.

7. Teach

   Maintaining your shiny-new website is as important as brushing your teeth. If you’re using WordPress or a similar platform, we’ll teach you how to maintain your own site, or we’ll set up a schedule for us to do the work. Either way, we’ll make sure you feel good about the site and where it’s headed.

• Social Media

  We will help set up your social media accounts, complete your profiles and get it going on your computer or mobile device. We’ll then give you some tips and tricks to make the best of social media.

• Print design

  For print material the process is much simpler: Consult, Research, Contract, Design. We’ll make sure your printer gets the correct deliverables the first time.
